Interior Basement Waterproofing

French Drain Installation * Sump Pump System

After examining your flooded basement or wet basement and determining the nature of the problem, we perform a french drain installation along the affected wet basement walls.

French Drain Installation requires the floor tol be trenched against the wall and a sump pump pit will be dug to eventually hold the sump pump system.  

After the digging, a sump pump liner gets installed and perforated pipe is placed in the trench.  If you have block walls, holes get drilled at their base to allow water to drain from inside. Stone then covers the pipe and encases the liner. This holds everything in place and allows the floor to be reinstalled. 

After we clean the floor, we install the new floor over the trench and install a new sump pump in the sump pump pit. Everything gets installed completely under the floor. The process begins with the french drain installation and ends with a comfortable, dry basement. Say goodbye to that wet basement or basement water leak - the nightmare of a flooded basement is over for good!

Backup Power

We install backup power supplies with your sump pump system.  No additional plumbing required. If the power goes out, you won't have some underpowered sump pump in charge of getting the water out. Your primary sump pump will still be in charge. Pumping out more gallons per hour than most any battery backup sump pumps could. All for about the same price. Units come with a 2 year replacement warranty.

Foundation Waterproofing

Drylock Basement Paint can be applied to block walls after your new basement water proofing system is installed. If the coating is applied before, it will lock the water inside your wall and your walls will turn into aquariums. They will fill with water and eventually erode. Once we install the basement water proofing system and allow the blocks to drain, then they will be coated. Even blocks allowed to drain may still hold some dampness which is natural and why it's good to Drylock your walls. It's just not a replacement for a basement waterproo fing system.

We don't use injection methods like some companies. That's just expensive and temporary. We use a rigid plastic sealer to direct any water down into your system to be routed to your sump pit. This method shields your basement from direct exposure to seepage and is guaranteed for life.
