Our Soggy Story,

Rain, rain, rain, only this time, we didn't stay up all night waiting for our basement to flood (even though we had a sump pump).  Thanks to Basement Lifeguard, we could sleep. 

At first sight, Mike explained why we had water – the sump pump was in the wrong place, it wasn’t big enough , and we needed a French drain – hmmm! 

Well, after all this rain, it worked!
